Anti-fouling
Marine bio-fouling has been causing problems for Man since the very dawn of boating. These range from the inconvenient – loss of speed and manoeuvrability, increased hull weight and bigger fuel bills; to the serious – costly damage to the hull’s substrate through natural acids and adhesives secreted by marine organisms that can lead to early onset osmosis.
Regular anti-fouling is essential to avoiding these pitfalls, but would top few boat owners list of popular jobs! Fortunately, Cove Marine is happy to help take the pain.
